【Precautions】
■For Zepp performances: Entry for standing ticket holders will be in the following order:
1F Front Standing (with Meet & Greet Ticket) → 1F Front Standing → 1F Standing & 1F Standing (U-23 Ticket).
Each category will enter in numerical order according to ticket numbers.
■For Sendai and Hiroshima performances: Entry will be in the following order:
Standing (with Meet & Greet Ticket) → Standing & Standing (U-23 Ticket).
Each category will enter in numerical order according to ticket numbers.
■U-23 Ticket Holders:
A valid photo ID verifying your age is required on the day of the concert.
Your ID will be checked at the entrance. If you cannot provide proof of being 23 or younger, you must pay the price difference for a general ticket.
■A separate drink fee is required upon entry.
■Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
■Opening and performance times may be subject to change.
■Each person must have their own ticket to enter.
■No refunds will be issued unless the organizer cancels the event.
■Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any resold tickets will be invalid, and entry will be denied.
■Lost or forgotten tickets cannot be replaced. Entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
■If you require wheelchair access, please contact the designated inquiry point for each performance after purchasing your ticket.
■Please follow the instructions of the venue staff and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
■Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the concert.
■Pushing, seat-hopping, or any disruptive or dangerous behavior is not allowed.
■If you feel unwell or have a fever, please refrain from attending.
■Gifts, food, and drink deliveries for performers will not be accepted.
