If members of your group differ in whether or not they wish to apply for upgrades, please purchase your tickets separately. Be aware that in such cases, your seats may not be adjacent.
Please note that upgrades may be subject to a lottery depending on the number of applications, and are not guaranteed.

Tickets are required for attendees aged 4 and above / Children aged 3 and under are not allowed entry.

■ Notes Regarding the Performance
・Ticket resale or unauthorized paid transfer is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets will be invalid and entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued for invalid tickets.
・Open/Start times may change. Please check for updates.
・One ticket is required per person to enter.
・No re-entry is allowed after entering the venue.
・Some seats may have restricted views of the stage or performances, or may require seated viewing.
・You may stand in front of your seat during the show, but do not leave your seat area or stand on chairs.
・The audience area may be filmed or photographed; attendees may appear in footage or images.
・No refunds will be provided except in the case of official cancellation or postponement.
・If the performance is canceled or postponed, we are not responsible for any costs other than the ticket (e.g., travel expenses).
・Entry will not be permitted without a physical ticket, even in cases of loss or forgetting it.
・Please follow staff and security instructions inside the venue. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
・No gifts, fan letters, or food/drink offerings will be accepted.
■ Important Before Entering the Lottery
・A free Ticket Pia membership registration is required to apply.
・Additional service fees may apply.
・Some seats may have restricted views or require seated viewing.
・Cancellations or changes cannot be made after application submission or after the entry period ends.
・If you apply multiple times, only your last entry will be valid.
・Ticket holder’s name will be printed on the ticket.
・Do not operate multiple tabs or browsers during the process—it may cause errors.

・Winners and seat locations are determined by a strict lottery system, not first-come-first-served.
